The Longest Night | St. Paul's Cleveland Heights

As the longest night of the year approaches, we remember those in our world confronting sadness and grief who feel disconnected from the joyful spirit of the holidays. To create space for those seeking comfort and consolation, we’ll partner with other Cleveland Heights churches (Fairmount Presbyterian, Church of Our Saviour, and Church of the Redeemer United Methodist Church) for a “Longest Night”/Blue Christmas service on Wednesday, December 21, at 7 p.m. The service will include music, reflection, and candle lighting. The service will be held in the Great Hall of The Church of the Saviour (2537 Lee Road, Cleveland Heights, Ohio 44118). Contact Rev. Jessie with questions.

The principal Sunday worship service is the Holy Eucharist.

The Book of Common Prayer guides our liturgical services. Our varied service schedule provides opportunities to worship in diverse ways, from traditional to more contemporary. There is worship bulletin that will assist you through the service.

Childcare is offered on Sunday mornings for children ages infant through Pre-K from 8:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Our paid staff is trained in health and safety, and silent pagers are made available to parents of infants and toddlers. Please ask a greeter or usher for directions to the childcare rooms.

Sunday morning Christian Formation classes for children and youth meet most Sundays from 10 to 11 a.m. from September through May.
