The Gardens of St. Paul’s

Event details

  • Tuesday | February 14, 2017
  • 7:30 pm
  • St. Paul's Brooks Room

Eliza Backus Guild programs are open to all. Please join us each month to hear interesting speakers on a variety of subjects.

The St. Paul’s “Lay Weeders” work very hard on the many flower beds surrounding our building, but did you know that there is history, symbols and a meaningful design to all of them? Are you aware of the Lavender Garden? What is the meaning for where specific plants are located? These and many other questions will be answered on Tuesday, February 14, by Arlene Mann and Lee Deininger. Please come for coffee and cookies at 7:15 p.m. in the Brooks Room, followed by a fascinating program on The Gardens of St. Paul’s at 7:30. Presented by the Eliza Backus Guild.
