The Prazak Quartet will perform a concert of works by Haydn, Janacek and Dvorak at St. Paul’s on Wednesday, March 8, at 7:30 p.m.
This pre-eminent Czech ensemble last played in Cleveland under the auspices of the Cleveland Chamber Music Society in 2004 and several times prior for St. Paul’s organist Karel Paukert’s series at the Cleveland Museum of Art. Karel says this will be a stellar event, one that will be cherished by aficionados of chamber music.
The Quartet is on its American and Canadian tour with a new first violin, Jana Vonaskova, the first woman in the Quartet’s 40 year history. It is going to be a concert you won’t want to miss! Suggested donations $10, students $5.
